Description :: - Organize and manage the Quality Assurance Department to ensure that quality of products comply with customer requirement.
- Responsible for the quality control aspects of IQC, PQC, OQC & FA as well as the work from sub-contractors.
- To implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity of parts to quality standards.
- To prepared the presentable Corrective action report after consult with the respective person and person in charge.
- To attend customer enquires related to quality issue, customer claim, customer return and coordinate customer audit.
- To do arrangement for test equipment to calibration and to ensure calibration record maintain properly and up date.
- To prepare quality inspection plan & Standard operation procedure for all new products and existing products
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably with sheet metal fabrication knowledge
- Strong communication & program management skills and problem solving abilities
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Able to drive for results and improvement
- Strong leadership skills with good communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge with ISO procedure & Implementation.
- Knowledge in CPK and SPC is an advantage
