Description :: -Overall responsibility for the tooling buy-off Activity.
-Review the tooling schedule together and ensure it is in-line with the project schedule and find ways to improve the total tool development time.
-Review Mold trial results, ensure that all the tooling issues are closed before the tool transfer.
-Tooling specification sheet, steel dimension report, tooling buy-off checklist, spare parts list together with last shot samples after T-Final.
-Co-ordinate the team members to ensure all the necessary activities such as Mold trial, FAI & Metrology Report, are planned after the tool transfer.
-Maintain record of any exceptions/ deviations from the standard tooling buy-off procedure with proper approval from the necessary authorities.
-In case of transfer tools confirm any servicing/ overhaul of the tool is needed and ensure that it is completed before tool
transfer.
Requirements :: -Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of related working
experiences
