Description :: -To implements and monitors production output schedule and supervise the production daily operations in order to meets its production and delivery requirements.
-To responsible for organizing the daily manpower reallocation needs.
-To recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment’s performance and quality of product.
-Work closely with Engineering and QA department to ensure final product is preforming according to customer requirement.
-To ensure that all procedures are efficient and work instructions are documented and updated.
-Responsible for product inventory control, forecasting and material stock planning to meet the production and delivery requirement
-Responsible for the management of projects, from initial point of contact, proposals, execution and manage the project till end of life.
-Manage and fulfill customers’ orders as scheduled. It involves working closely with inter-department to ensure committed
schedules are met.
-To demonstrate method and train workers in sequence of processing task and operation applicable to establish
processes.
-To review and monitor the production cycle time usage to initiate continuous improvement.
-To ensure production quality and safety standards and 5S housekeeping are complied.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/ Certificate in Engineering Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent
-At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
-Preferably with sheet metal fabrication knowledge
-Strong communication & program management skills and problem solving abilities
