- - Able to propose CISCO network LAN & WAN design, system configuration and involve in its implementation.
- Good maintenance of server, routers, switches and firewall.
- To assist the IT Manager in handling overall IT activites and ensure IT operations are running smoothly
- Applies second call resolution based on agreed SLA's KPIs.
- Develop and maintain local/global network in ways that optimize performance.
- Work closely with ither department/organization for scheduled onsite/offsite support.
- Ability to operate independently, multi-tasking work and can cope with highly challenging environment. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia
