Description :: - Implementation infrastructure & facilities constructed & installed in the township, i.e. landscape, parks, lake, roads, drains, etc. are in good condition.
- Liaise with Authorities on the township development, maintenance and upgrading work.
- Ensure proper records of all defects complaints received & timely completion of all defects during the defects liability period.
- To review consultant's submission of various stage, i.e. conceptual & schematic, design development, contract administration, construction and site inspection.
- Involving in new development planning, conceptual, development order, building plan, M & E plan etc.
- Ensure the proper implementation of all maintenance works by the in-house maintenance team & contractors employed, through effective control & constant supervision.
- To prepare reports for the routine review of the product quality & service quality. To propose corrective and preventive measures for improvement.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering (Civil), M&E or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 15 year(s) of working experience in the Construction field or overall infrastructure design is preferable
- Familiar with local authority submission and requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently
