- - To handle commercial offices and hospitality interior fit-out projects.
- To market/present interior design services to Clients.
- To liaise and maintain good relationship with Clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, etc.

- To manage overall project budget and profitability.
- To communicate and coordinate among Clients and team members (Designers, QS, 3D, and Site Personnel). - Requirements :
- - Diploma or Degree holder in mechanical & electrical engineering/ interior design / building construction / project management.
- With between 8 -15 years experience in commercial interior design and project management.
- Good understanding of Interior Design concept.
- Excellent time management and able to meet datelines.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Must possess own car and able to travel (local & outstation) upon project assignment. - Lowest Qualification :
