- - Responsible for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical System of the building assigned
- Preventive and plan maintenances for HT equipment and accessories c/w data tracking, calibration, energy management, load balancing, load test and etc.
- Supervise external contractors works / service and monitor their performance
- To report any fault or failure immediately to the management during the servicing time and recommended for follow up action
- To inspect, monitor and test all emergency equipment and installations as per schedule
