Description :: - Assist the Project Manager in supervision the project progress
- Responsible for planning project resources – Ensure the engineering, materials and technical support is available on time to support the project delivery.
- Schedule tasks and coordinate with various member to accomplish project tasks.
- Liaise with the counterpart in India and Taiwan to follow up the project status
- Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts among different stakeholders.
- Keep project on track to meet deadline.
- Responsible to get quotation from the suppliers and compile project cost sheet.
- Provide monthly report about the project status.
- Clerical and data entry duties and prepare all project related paper works
- Filling other ad hoc task assigned
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience in product development will be added advantage
- Could work independently, efficiently to complete the task assign, at the same time also a good team player.
- Required skill(s): MS Project.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
