Description :: - To coordinate and audit to ensure jobs are carried out in accordance with required specification, quality, safety standard and effecting the optimum speed of construction.
- To plan, organize and monitor the project teams to achieve the required objective of the projects.
- Responsible for submission of technical drawings, work programs and samples for clients/main contractor's approval
- Attend site meetings
- Responsible for monthly progress claims and project costing
- Conduct preliminary surveys of the construction site
- Take part in the project plan and give inputs regarding implementation
- Co-ordinate and manage Sub-Contractors and Supervisors on site to ensure all works comply fully with regulatory and Client's requirements
- To liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and project teams and ensuring excellent communication between all parties.
- To coordinate with designers and consultants to ensure conformance of structural and architectural design.
- To maintain good documentation on drawing and filing system for the projects.
- To realise and resolve tehnical issue at site
Requirements :: - Diploma/Degree with at least 2 years’ working experience as a Site Engineer.
- Preferably knowledge at Geotechnical, Civil Engineering and Foundation Engineering
- Preferably with experience in bridge construction
- Good written and verbal communication in English and computer literacy is essential.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- Travelling is required for this position and possesses own transport.
- Working Location : KL area
- Working Hours: Monday - Saturday
- Prefer candidate who can start work immediately
- Must be of Malaysian nationality
