- • Overseeing workforce, resources and report to construction manager.
• Running the site from setup to completion, controlling all aspects of site operations
• Plan, execute and arrange site staffs and sub-contractors according to work schedule and site constriant.
• Execute work assigned by Project Manager.
• Ensure work is executed within budget.
• Conduct meeting with the work force (own staff, laborers and subcontractors) to inform them of the targeted date of completion of project and their individual commitment.
• Be able to foresee potential problems arising to prevent delay the work progress.
• Ensure to tap the best performance and output by subcontractor.
• To ensure project completes within time, cost, quality, health and safety's requirement as as total client's expectation.
• Responsible for the planning, execution and management of the project including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing of the project.
• To liaise with consultant / client / sub-contractors on technical matter in relation to construction works - Requirements :
- • At least 12 years of working experience in bridge / road construction.
• Degree in Civil Engineering will be added advantage.
• Registered Professional Engineer will be added advantage.
• Possesses class D driving license.
• Independent and willing to work outstation based on project location.
• Self-motivated, posses good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimal language requirement: English (read, write, speak), Bahasa Malaysia (read, speak)
• Preferably local candidate.
• Willing to work in local and outstations.
• Full-Time positions(s) available.
• Willing to work in Sarawak - Lowest Qualification :
