- - Responsible for evaluating existing processes and configuring manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process.
- Responsible for tester setup, debug, test yield tracking, analysis and improvement.
- Perform tester GR&R and correlation.
- Ensure on time test tool deployment to production floor.
- To participate in route cause analysis on sudden high fallout and customer return product.
- Develop preventive maintenance procedures and schedules to prevent equipment downtime. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Strong in circuit and test specification analysis.
- Knowledge and hans-on with Teradyne test system will add advantage
- Good SPC and communication skill.
- Familiar / hands-on in PFMEA and QC 7 tools. - Lowest Qualification :
