Description :: • Plan, develop and execute projects assigned in the department, starting from project planning, scheduling, budget costing estimation as well as job delegation among subordinates.
• Ensure progress of work in accordance with pre-planned schedule.
• Conduct costing monitoring with relevant financial controlling parties.
• Ensure sufficient & efficient workforce for the department by continuous training and guidance.
Requirements :: • Degree in Chemical Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/Logistics/Commerce/Food Science/Food Technology with good CGPA.
• Experience 5-10 years in similar industry or food industry.
• Willing to be stationed overseas in the future.
• Able to communicate with people from all levels and work as a team.
