Description :: - In-charges and monitor compliance of Occupational Safety and Health matters and to ensure a safe and healthy working environment.To feed back and advise Management of any non-compliance from time to time.
- Ensure proper maintenance is being carried out and periodically inspection and testing fire fighting equipments to ensure it function in times when need.
- Attend MRM, IE and other meetings as required and feedback to Management ideas and comments
- To further improve Systems and Productivity for the Company.
- Assist in conducting in-house training on matter relating to Safety and Health and Productivity improvement.
- Strong knowledge in Human Resource Management spectrum and general administration functions.
- Must be conversant in Malaysian Labour Laws, i.e. Employment Act, Industrial Relation Act and other statutory requirements.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, a high level of integrity, professionalism and diplomacy.
- Carry out task on a project basis from time to time as assigned.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess Safety Officer Certificate, Green book holder.
- Perferably working experience in Manufacturing industry.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
