Description :: - Oversee the daily maintenance, preventive maintenance, modification projects and trouble-shooting of field electrical components & equipment (for paper machine & etc)
- Plan and assist the maintenance of electrical installations, operation, monthly shut down, upgrading projects & other ads-hoc projects
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians in ensuring maintenance, daily operations and projects are effectively and efficiently carried out
- Provision of internal operations and technical support
- Identify and implement improvement maintenance in order to prolong the life span of equipment
- Responsible for reduce down time, maintenance cost and inventory cost for department
- Lead and implement internal maintenance and process improvement initiatives
- Prepare necessary weekly, monthly and yearly technical reports
- Lead, train and develop team members (engineers and technicians) in terms of technical skills in electrical maintenance works
- Ensure and promote safety work place for all team members
Requirements :: - Preferably those with minimum 5 years of working experience in HT line and LV system from heavy industries
- Good hands on experience and theoretical knowledge in electrical maintenance
- Good analytical mind and critical thinking skills
- Familiar with work safety procedures and aware about the necessary safety measures required for maintenance work
- High commitment, independency and responsibility are required
- Good oral and written command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work under tough environment and handle pressure well
- Willing to be on-called during rest day and work overtime
Hostel will be provided for those from outstation
- Successful candidate will be based at Kuala Langat, Selangor (near KLIA)
