-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.

- Requirements :
- -Ensure all purchases must be justified in details in purchase requisition from requester.
-Ensure all purchases made are in line with the needs of the company.
-Identify the supplier from Approved Vendor List (AVL) and also potential suppliers on multi sourcing channel.
-To conduct new supplier evaluation and registered in the AVL upon obtained from the level of authority.
-To prepare the Request for Quotation for existing or potential suppliers for any prices revision or new part.
-Registration in ERP system for any new part.
-Ensure the schedule of rates or price is updated from time to time.
-Responsible for issue official Purchase Order to vendor via fax or email.
-Follow up and monitor the Purchase Order issued with vendor to meet the company requirement.
-Any changes in the terms and condition shall be feedback to requester / end-user for negotiation and re-scheduling to meet the requirement.
-Responsible to maintain updated documentations and records of Purchase Order issued and receipt.
-Supporting documents such as supplier Invoice, Delivery Order and PO after completed closed with updated into ERP shall be attached with receipts Batch for
submitting to Accounts/Finance Department.
-Conduct supplier performance evaluation for the on time delivery and quality for products supplied.
-To endure work on schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortage, missed or late deliveries and other challenges incur.
-To ensure updated and maintain of data / information related to working procedures.
-To perform all duties and functions with related in your working procedures.
