Description :: - To plan and schedule the selecting and negotiating work with the subcontractor, supplier and transporter before presenting to Project Manager for approval
- To oversee daily progress of all activities and ensure project schedule updated and within timeframe
- To ensure all activities and deliverables are conform with the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract
- To coordinate and cooperate with subcontractor, client or any government authority involved
- To resolve issues occur and minimize project risk and gather information on any potential business
- To prepare report on monthly basis and as when required
- To ensure project scope, requirements, deliverables and acceptance criteria are clearly defined, documented and agreed with the customer and clear baseline is establish prior to project star
- To review all work packs and ensure all safety concerns are addressed and construction methods are safe and correct
- To supervise training and coaching of any Junior Engineer and Graduate Engineer assigned to the work pack Section
- To conduct feasibility study and project proposal and prepare technical specifications, material takeoff and cost estimation, technical and commercial proposals
- To perform any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): excellent communication and interpersonal skills with every level of people, read and write fluently in bahasa malaysia and english, good in negotiation with suppliers and subcontractors,
- Committed and self-driven, MS Office, AutoCad.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in BUKIT JELUTONG & RAPID,PENGERANG.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering Electrical/Civil or equivalent.
