- - To provide support in the operation on the process and yield issues in order for the operations to
achieve good productivity and quality of the product.
- Responsible for Process Sustaining and Improvement.
- Responsible for Productivity, Quality and Yield Improvement.
- Qualification and setup of new machine and materials
- To train of all the relevant personnel in order for them to achieve the required capability to perform
their necessary duties.
- To generate and in charge of documentation of all manuals and procedures.
- To perform failure analysis and troubleshooting of the process and yield related issues, which
includes corrective actions and prevention actions.
- Able to certify the technicians in doing their duties.

- Able to shutdown the production line in the case of any process and yield relates issues.
- Representing the department in equipment/process buy-off - Requirements :
- - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical) or in Physics or any Engineering courses
- At least 2 years working experience in related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
