Description :: - Co-ordinate and communicate with team members to ensure smooth flow of work process
- Responsible for providing technical support to production and Customers as needed
- To monitoring and coordinate the progress of projects
- To coordinate NPI schedule for release to mass production
- To support in resolving production technical issues on products
- To support Purchasing Department in sourcing components and raw material, providing specifications and evaluating quality of vendors.
- Oversee continuous improvement of existing products
- Preparing documents required for the projects such as drawings, part specifications, procedures, bills of material and other documents required for the manufacturing of the products.
Requirements :: - Degree / Diploma in Polymer / Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering field
- Minimum 2 years working experience in plastic, polymer or secondary process
- Conversant in various computer software applications or familiar with ERP system
- Self-driven, aggressive, dynamic, innovative and result-oriented team player
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to perform long hours if being requested
