- 1. Line support & proper shift pass-down.
2. Basic equipment troubleshoots. Highlight all issues encountered to the responsible engineer.
3. Execute PM and management for equipment and ensure good housekeeping is practiced.
4. Monitoring SPC chart on day to day and Problem Solving Tasks (If applicable).
5. Assist in projects lead by PEE (cycle time, cost reduction, errors & alarm, tool matching, rework, scrap Reduction).
6. Comply to all documents defined within the sections.
7. Support departmental KPI set for the section.
8. To contribute towards the achievement of quality objectives by complying to the quality operating system and participating in continuous improvement activities (defect prevention, reduction of variation or prevention of waste).
9. To contribute towards the achievement of the EHS objectives by complying to the EHS policy and participating in the implementation of EHS management system.
10. Undertake any other projects or future tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager. - Requirements :

Six manufacturing sites in Germany, France, Malaysia and the U.S.
At its six manufacturing sites in Germany, France, Malaysia and the U.S., X-FAB manufactures wafers on modular CMOS and BiCMOS processes with technologies ranging from 1.0 to 0.13 µm, and special BCD, SOI and MEMS long-lifetime processes. The sites can handle approximately 94,000 8-inch equivalent wafer starts per month in total.
