Description :: '- Supervise daily activities of production.
- Ensure quality and production output meets all requirements.
- Maintain line efficiency by ensuring safety, quality and output goal are achieved.
- To hold meeting as and when required for training, information exchange, discussion to improve overall productivity and quality of the products.
- Ensure good housekeeping in production area.
- Assign job to leaders and technicians.
- Train, guide and monitor operator to perform all the activities.
- Monitor manpower capacity and discipline.
- Monitor on production quality and feeback on quality issue to Quality Assurance.
Requirements :: '- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Chinese
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
- Able to start working at Nusajaya SiLC area ASAP.
