- -Total management of test failure units, customer return units and rework activities.
-Debug test failure units, customer return units and rework activities.
-Manage debug Work in Progress (WIP) inventories at minimal level complies towards Department KPI.
-Weekly update test yield reports based on debug findings and feedback to production/SMT/ Engineering/process engineering/QA towards improvements and
resolving the problem.
-Provide technical report to customer and suppliers on defective parts analysis on test failures.
-Work closely with suppliers or manufacturers on defective parts to resolve test failure issues.
-To manage debug technicians and rework MS.
-Provide training for the related personnel on the techniques and procedure of executing the debug and rework process.
-To generate debug guide book for critical models based previous debug report.
-Up keep debug WIP and rework unit management system as stated in SOP.
-To work on continues improvement projects on cost reduction and.
-To participate fully in upholding the integrity of our company quality system such as ISO9000, ISO13485, ESD and also other quality standards as requested by
customers.
-To manage and control debug wip material effectively and provide timely debug inventory report.
-To be proactive towards potential available opportunities by initiating technical projects in maximizing test yield and quality performances as well as minimizing cost
by utilizing available statistical tool, design of experiments, Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) and others.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
-Required skill(s): Electronics knowledge, debugging, Ict Programming, Iso 13485 2003, iso 9001 2008.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
-Applicants must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas.
-No work experience required.
