-Reporting to Production Manager
-Coordinate & manage day-to-day production activities
-Manage the department to achieve the targeted Productivity & Quality and departmental Key Result Area (KRSs)
-Prepare Monthly Performance Report for department
-To ensure the implementation of quality system in the department is proper
-To ensure teamwork and high motivation among the workers as we as establish a healthy & safe working environment in the department
 
Requirements :
- Preferably candidates with minimum qualification on Diploma In Engineering Discipline.
-Min 3 years of working experience in Process Industry.
-Good command of English (spoken & written).
-Able to manage a team of operatios to ensure smooth and quality production outputs.
- Experience in Oil & Gas will or Vegetable Oil Refinery will be an added advantage.
-Able to work on shift.
-Responsible for conformance to the production plan, quality, safety, cost and etc
- Experience in HMI & PLC process control operations.
-Able to work in Banting.
