Description :: - To take charge of each manufacturing processes.
- To develop related process control standard.
- To conduct improvement in Quality, Yield, Productivity, Delivery, Cost reductions, etc.
- Evaluate new material for quality & cost improvement.
- To train manufacturing supervisor, technicians and operators.
- Ensure strict adherence to process work procedures.
- Manage and implement process improvement projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least a post-graduate Diploma / - Degree in Engineering. Electronic / Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial or equivalent.
- At least 2 year’s working experience in the related field is required for the position. Preferably manufacturing environment
- Preferably engineer specializing in process / electrical / mechanical / industrial / project
- Willing to work long hours when required and able to withstand pressurized work environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in both English and Bahasa Malaysia able to work independently.
