Description :: -Lead and manage the production process to ensure products are produced in accordance with establish standards.
-Coordinate with various function of the company to establish an accepted production schedule to optimize company’s resources.
-Conduct continuous improvement and implement effective control mechanisms to achieve high productivity and operation efficiency.
-Ensure compliance to ISO, OHSA requirements and other related management system adopted by the company.
Requirements :: -BSC in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology with experience in palm oil refinery / palm oil mill / related food insustries.
-Knowledge of international standard related to food industries & experience in production planning, quality control and process improvement.
-Able to identify, analyze and solve problems
-Leadership capability with good interpersonal skills
-Strong analytical skills to identify and solve problems independently and effectively
-Independent, resourceful and able to take pressure under fast pace work environment
Lowest Qualification :: Bachelor Degree
