- -To maintain production output on a daily / weekly / monthly basis based on estimated materials and manpower status as well as the machinery requirements.
-To monitor production progress against production schedule from time to time and need to analysis the schedule when necessary, based on customers’
requirements.
-To liaise with related departments such as store, production control and quality on a regular basis to ensure the continuation of product flow.
-To resolve discrepancies in actual versus planned production loadings in fulfilling prompt delivery requirements.
-To register and monitor jobs being loaded and to ensure efficient distribution of tasks to production.
-To provide solutions to improve production efficiency, equipment performance and product quality.
-To ensure that duties are carried out in a timely and efficient manner and completed within the specified period.
-To flow down relevant information and to ensure effective communication to the production floor.
-To ensure that all machinery and tooling equipment used for production are in prime operating condition.
-To collect material and check all production are in prime operating condition.
-To maintain work discipline and monitor employee welfare on the production floor.
-To be responsible for manpower planning and monitoring of jobs to justify overtime requirements.
-To ensure that production floor Quality, Process and Safety procedures are met.
-To prepare weekly / monthly production progress reports and suggest countermeasures for any production error due to issues related quality, manpower and
materials.
-To ensure that the Group ‘s Quality Systems and Procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in
Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia. Tamil, Mandarin or any 3rd language is a plus
-At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates is still encourage to apply.
-Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
