- -Responsible for all export documentation related activities which include preparing full set of Finance and Shipping documents (Invoices, Packing lists, Bill of
Lading, Certificate of Origins, etc ) for overseas Customers.
-Liaise and correspond internally between sales dept, shipping dept, store dept and accounts dept (Credit control) to complete the documents.
- Requirements :
- -Candidate must posses at least SPM or equivalent with credit in Bahasa Melayu and English
-Required Language(s):- Bahasa Melayu and English (Can communicate, read and write well)
-Computer Literate - Microsoft Office especially Excel
-No work experience required as training will be provided
-However, work experience in Export Documentation, Trade Finance, Shipping maybe an advantage
-Willing to stay back and work extra hours roughly twice a week (if needed)
