- - Assist in department work plan and work schedule
- Assist daily process job routine, tracking and coordinating the changes of process work
- Assist to complete department organization structure and evaluation of employees
- Complete the related job based on company project.
- Undertake the drafting and revision of the process management system, organize relevant personnel perform the job task, supervise the implementation process discipline
- Accept the design plan description from sales department, and arrange the designer to design, complete task on time.
- Solve technical problems, provide technical support and answered the customer query.
- Take advice of all departments, provide scientific product design ideas and update the design of the product
- Solve the abnormal quality incidents, improve the product yield
- For new design, need for research in related topics and testing of samples
- Provide training regularly for technical design staff, improve their ability of technology design
- Manage effectively of daily task, reasonable arrangement of all kinds of design tasks
- Review effectively on design documents - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering
(Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Powerpoint, MS Word.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent problem solving skills, logical thinking
- Team player
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical/Electronic, Chemical or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese (speaking/reading/writing) - Lowest Qualification :
