- - To order the material for site use
- To reject the material deliver to site if the material deliver to site if the material is not comply to the requirement
- Planning for site activities and seeks for project manager approval before implementation
- To plan for material schedule on weekly basis site ducumentation
- To ensure the construction work is accordance to drawing and work programme
- To report and discuss any problems arise at site with project manager
- Prepare Site Daily report
- To ensure all the inspection activities are carry out accordance to the requirement
- To liase with client representative for any site matter shall report to project manager whenever any issue to be discuss and decide
- To attend site meeting or organize sub-cont as per schedule
- To ensure all the revise drawing are update and the obsolete copy is no more longer use at site
- Planning and arranging for sub-cont claim wages on monthly basis
- To Ensure site and project activities are implemented according to Manager requirement
- To perform other relevant duties as and when directed by project manager from time to time
- Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Can be connected with client / consultant for any design changes.
- Able to coordinate the project with the team.
- Able to use CAD and C & S and Microsoft Project would be an advantage.
