Description :: • Assists in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of the company's infrastructure.
• Oversees the administration and maintenance of our POS software in all outlets.
• Manages and develops upgrades to the company's telephone system.
• Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.
• Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary.
• Implements network security.
• Oversees all help desk activities and responds to escalated help desk issues.
• Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner.
• Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
• Ensures that company assets are maintained responsibly.
• Initiates and implements improvements in all areas of IT responsibility.
• Serves as main point of contact on all IT-related matters for the office assigned.
• Responds/acts on upper-management direction.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Required languages: Chinese, English
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Management Information System in the retail industry.
• Candidate with less than 5 years experience may be considered for Assistant Manager/Executive level position.
• This position require moderate travelling.
