- - Oversee, plan and to organize the Fabrication and Assembly operation.
- Oversee Assembly and Fabrication and quality problems and seek for corrective action.
- To work study or method study on operation to enhance continual improving of productivity and efficiency.
- Provide leadership to a team of Fabrication & Assembly to meet Company's goals.
- Monitor and improve process cycle time to maximize the operation output.
- Repairing of equipment and machine and also ensure minimum downtime.
- Overall improvement on technical skill for Assembly and Fabrication.
- To ensure procedure and system is implemented smoothly and effectively.
- Ensure smooth operation of the Assembly and Fabrication lines to meet production schedule.
- Support and motivate subordinates by providing guidance and advice.
- To ensure that operators are well trained for production.
- To carry out assignment according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, TS 16949, ISO 13485 & GP requirements.
- Adhere to all application Occupational Safety & Health lawas and regulation act as such standards.
- Manage and control departmental expenditure within the budgets.
- Carry out any tasks that assigned by superior from time to time. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma,Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in quality or any related field.
- Required skill(s): Computer literate.(Excel, PowerPoint and word is required).
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Must possess positive attitude, self-starter and team player.
- Strong leadership skill and able to work independently - Lowest Qualification :
