Description :: The Factory Manager is involved in the planning, coordination and control of the entire manufacturing process from preplanning of raw materials to the outpot of finished goods.
Ensure production run in accordance with the schedule and be accountable to any under or over of production output.
Ensure smooth running of the company's operation to achieve the production volume, quality target and its overall performance objectives.
Setting the standard of production to improve efficiency by proper planning and implementation of proper and systematic steps for execution, starting with
clear and structured work instruction and fulfilling the optimum time cycle.
Develop work flow by establishing required or mandatory steps of the process to monitor personnel and resources. He must understand the production
prosess, introduce further enhancements/inprobements/automation to minimise wastages and errors.
Assessment of project and resources requirements
Feedback to Material Control Department if the raw components are found defective shortage or having any abnormalities.
Managing preventive maintenance of all machineries
Liaison with vendors as well as customers and attending vendor briefings if necessary.
To control production and maintenance costs to be in line wih set targets and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with statutory and local governmental regulations.
Initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Requirements :: At least 8 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Hands-on experience in ISO/TS16949, ERP and Occupational Safety & Health regulations.
Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
Good communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
