- To drive the whole SQE & QC team towards the company's directtion, continuosly seeking improvement in work process and work flow.
To drive the department to meet the company & customer's requirement.
To achieve on time delivery, maintain cost competitiveness and producing quality products.
To run department in compliance with ISO guideline procedure.
To manage and guide SQE & Quality Control Department to achieve company objectives.
To modify and or improve the work process in order to enhance productivity, effectiveness and efficiency of the department.
Being the window person to interact between departments.
To manage fabrication sub-contractors to ensure they continuously meet Company requirements on fabricated parts quality, pricing and deliveries.
Responsible to the fabrication costing for new and replicated projects.
To analyse the cost after completing each project.
To source for new fabrication sub-contractors.
To develop existing and new fabrication sub-contractors.
To furnish required reports to reporting manager.
To identify suitable training program.
To sultivate discipline work force.
And any other job assigned by Management from time to time. - Requirements :
- Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Material Science), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Chinese
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Knowledge in fabrication process, good negotiation, strong analytical & leadership
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent. - Lowest Qualification :
