- To handle all projects purchase, standard components purchase from local & or overseas suppliers.
To ensure on time deliveries, & to follow on any outstanding issues related to purchase.
To prepare costing for new projects.
To conduct supplier performance evaluation every 6 months.
To reduce cost through price negotiation, delivery arrangement/ salvation of previous projects left over.
To manage suppliers to ensure they continuously meet Genetec's requirements on product quality, pricing & deliveries.
And any other job as assigned by the Management from time to time. - Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Engineering (Mechanical),
Commerce, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Bdr Baru Bangi-30 min drive from Serdang/ Puchong.
Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent - Lowest Qualification :
