- To plan, develop, implement and sustain of processes, equipment and procedures within the operation related to manufacturing, engineering and quality management functions.
Responsible for new product, equipment and process introduction from R&D or new technology transfer to the plant.
Identify and define the needs and strategy for business unit; initiate, lead operation teams for continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence in quality, cost and delivery; Maximized yield rates in an ESH-compliant operating environment.
To lead, coach and guide team to cope with company need and changes, to be able to influence team and motivate the team to adapt with changes and structure the team to contribute to business result and future employability.
To deploy resources to ensure business targets within area of responsibility are secured. To identify and drive team competency development both in technical and management skill for optimum performance. Ensuring the organization is having adequate and competence resources to deliver desired business result..
Assist Chief Executive Officer in achieving established cost targets, driving operational discipline and accountability in the organization.
Assist articulating strategic business plans to achieve sustainable, profitable business growth and providing positive leadership to the company. - Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
8 to 10 years of leadership experience and management progression in Cell or Module manufacturing environment is a MUST.
Experience in plant manufacturing management functions such as operations, process engineering, maintenance, continual improvement.
Preference to have applied Lean Manufacturing methodologies in a process manufacturing environment and broad experience working with multi-national cultures.
Knowledge of industry trends, benchmarking, and world-class metrics in manufacturing processes.
Able to maintain a vision/strategy-driven organization to execute and achieve operational goals.
Proven ability to work and lead in a team environment and a matrix organization.
Possess strong Written and Verbal language skills in Mandarin and English. - Lowest Qualification :
