Description :: '-To design Products, Plastic Injection Tooling, Tool & Dies and .
- Using 3D & 2D modelling software (Solidworks, MoldFlow & AutoCAD) to study, developed and analysis for product improvement.
- Responsible to check every products release by R&D section for future development.
- Communicate with engineer, programmer & machinist to solve & arrange all machining and assembling item.
- To support management group for preparing presentations, proposals, reports for every new project, Dies & Mold testing, analysis or new products.
- Work closely with the production to ensure that product run smoothly for every implementation, repairing, breakdown and to make sure the schedules are met.
- Responsible to purchase of all standard parts, tooling and material ordering.
-Negotiate with supplier for bargain price for every ordering parts for cost comparison.
Requirements :: '- Have knowledge in 3D & 2D modelling software (Solidworks, MoldFlow & AutoCAD) .
- Possess at least diploma certificate that is related.
