- - Organize the flowdown of requirements to all disciplines and the facilitation of investigation, resolution and reporting on all quality issues during new project launch.
- Generate Lessons Learned from Factory issues and Customer Returns in master list, and addressed during New Build development.
- Manage and progress the development of APQP, Quality Plan, PFMEA and Control Plans.
- Prepare, review and inspect production quality documentation and subsequent standards flowdown and monitoring of all identified Quality CTQs.
- Maintain the equipment calibration master list, ensuring all measurement equipments are calibrated.
- Establish new inspection gauge during product development.
- Determine quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods – SPC, CPK, etc which are relevant to manufacturing processes.
- Participate in PFMEA and control plan development and review.
- Establish MSA plan and ensure implementation. Conduct improvement activity for MSA that did not achieve standards requirement.
- Conduct product and process audit.
- Evaluate in process and outgoing inspection activities, and arrange resource based on needs.
Follow up of internal corrective and preventive action.
Report monthly quality key performance indicators.
Requirements:

- - Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferably with major in Automotive.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the related field.
Well versed in ISOTS16949:2009 standard.
- Familiar with analytical tools i.e. 7 QC tools, APQP, MSA & FMEA and preparation of PPAP documents.
- Good knowledge and handson experience in External & Internal Quality Management System.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Good language skills, able to speak in Mandarin an added advantage.
