- '-Prepare export documents and follow up relevant documents.
-Coordinate with production to ensure the orders can be shipped out on time
-Arrange appropriate lorry for certain shipment.
-Ensure cargos are in good condition and fully loaded into lorry.
-Establish and maintain permanent files, file and retrieve files as required.
-Liaise with custom officer to ensure that we comply with the custom procedure.
-Negotiate air & ocean freight with shipping company for free hand shipment.
-Ensure compliance with L/C terms.
-Arrange import shipment arrive at factory on time.
-Apply Certificate Of Origin with government department
- Requirements :
- '-Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Computer literate.
-Fluent in both speaking and writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
