Description :: Ensure the preparation of timely and accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports, including analysis of actual results and budget
variances, for CEO.
Ensure compliances with the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirement, FRS accounting standards, corporate governances and relevant
statutory regulations.
Maintain the financial health of the organisation.
Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the forecast.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for costimprovement opportunities.
Oversee daytoday financial operation.
Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
Liaise with external/internal auditors, statutory bodies, banker and lawyers for audit/taxation/banking/legal matters
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia, ICAEW
At least few years of working experience at the management level in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be able to work independently with positive attitude, businessminded with strong analytical skills.
Prior experience in an audit firm, corporate finance or listed company is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to lead, manage and guide employees.
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
