Description :: '- Responsible ensure all first articles (FA) dimensions are properly measured according to the customers specification and requirements through active collaboration with the Engineering and Production team before bulk production.
• In-charge of FA section.
• Manage a team of FA technician.
• Prepare FA monthly report.
• Perform tooling, steel, copper measurement.
• Perform full FAI measurement and CP/CPK study.
• Work with customer on all measurement related issue.
• Mange and ensure all measurement equipment are calibrate.
• Provide support on design of measurement fixture.
• Ensure the measurement of tooling, production part completed on time.
• Able to interpret blueprint in drawing and analysis of part measurement.
• Hands on to CMM (Computer Measuring Machine) is preferable.
• Review, maintain and keep inspection and test records effectively.
Requirements :: '-Minimum diploma in engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years experiences preferably in metal stamping, metal fabrication or plastic injection.
-Knowledge of OSHA Laws, ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO13485 is an added advantage.
-Positive attitude, high level of integrity, able to work with others independently.
-Ability to work under tight dateline.
-Conversant in English/Microsoft Excel.
