- '-Organise and manage Quality Assurance (QA) department to provide optimal service for internal and external customers consistently through planning
-Train and develop QA staff so as to improve their skills in the area of Quality Control
-Liaise with internal customers like Production, Tooling and other support functions to ensure proper processing of
FA, samples, orders and other requests (e.g. customers’ complaints).
-Competent in using all types of QA equipment to test / control / measure samples for QA reports.
-Ensure that all incoming and outgoing samples are tested properly according to Quality Control procedures and working instructions
-Ensure that all work done in the department is documented properly andall test results are entered in compliance
to company’s policy and ISO standards
-Ensure that all processes and working instructions in the department are documented properly Issue technical documents like Certificate of Analysis and other QC related
documents
-Implement and maintain a QA performance system with measurable key performance indicators (KPI) and submit a
monthly performance report.
-Ensure all equipment in QA department are maintained properly
