- Provide technical support to manufacturing on products troubleshooting, products knowledge sharing and engineering change implementation.
- Able to lead teams for Root Cause Corrective Action on manufacturing and productivity issues.
- Responsible for manufacturing readiness level (MRL) assessments related to manufacturing and productivity, develop and present MRL gap closure plans to address top risk areas, lead productivity evaluations of new products, identify improvement recommendations, and present results to teams for improvement decision.
- Working as Liaison to other departments: program management, quality and procurement. Ability to prioritize engineering activities.
Use Six Sigma problem solving techniques to solve manufacturing problems. Responsible for driving reduction in factory rework, COPQ, and improving first pass yield.
- Responsible for implementation of manufacturing process controls, such as Process Control Plans, PFMEA and Standardized Work. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
