Description :: • Specialize in automation design system & concept model
• Responsible for specifying, designing and maintaining automation equipment, tooling and applications as required to meet expectations
• Design and engineer moderately-complex automation equipment, tooling and application.
• Ensure projects are executed in the most effective manner in regards to time, cost (budget) and function.
• SolidWorks expert, ability to contribute to team's continuous improvement effort
• Work on variety of engineering projects – custom material handling projects, research and development projects.
• Develop designs for special material handling related equipment from concept to detailed fabrication drawings.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to the operation of the automation equipment.
• Knowledge / exposure in PLC programming will be added advantage
• Be prepared to take on ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements :: - Diploma / Degree in mechanical Engineering (mechatronics)
- 5 years experience in Jig & fixture design or 3 years experience in automation design
Lowest Qualification :: Diploma
