Description :: • Plan and define scope, goals and deliverables of standardization project
• Develop schedules and resources for standardization project
• Perform detailed technical analysis on product specification requirement and propose standardization for achieving economic of scale
• Achieve cost down via standardization
• Collaborate with vendors in specification comparison for standardization of electromechanical parts
• Propose compatibility kits, upgrade kits and change design for existing modules to adapt standardized parts
• Plan drawing related updates in the ERP system such as classification, lab office, material status and other material End-of-life management.
• Standardize material and treatment catalog for Asia manufacturing
• Risk analysis or assessment for standardization project
• Maintain Preferred Vendor List
• Report and review progress of project with stakeholders
• Any other adhoc assignment according to business needs.
Requirements :: • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in mechatronic or automation field.
• Experienced in 2D and 3D CAD applications..
• Knowledge on standard electro-mechanical parts, different machining processes, fabrication materials and treatments selections.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, inovative, out of the box problem solving
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to clearly convey information and ideas.
• Strong in persuasion and influencing skills
• Diplomatic, patience and good listening skills.
• Ability to adapt on different environments and work based on priorities
• Ability to work under high pressure & manage conflicts
• Strong commitment to learning and continuous improvement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
