- - To resolve issues with regards to product / Package robustness quality, and reliability.
- To source and evaluate new manufacturing equipment/ platform with the most cost effective solution for new packages/ product.
- To design, develop and qualify New Opto-Electronic Products, in compliance with TS16949.
- To plan and execute new projects assigned in timeliness manner to meet project objective.
- To utilize team approach methodology to manage project cost within budget and effectively.
- To procure materials/ tools/ Equipments needed to construct prototype and initial production volume ramp-up. - Requirements :
- - 0 to 5 years related experience in the Semiconductor Industry.
- Candidates with either Product -Development or Package Development or Process experience.
- Those with QFN package experience will be added advantage.
- Degree or Master Degree in Chemical / Material / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering.
- Knowledge of Opto-Semiconductor Technology Design & Development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic MS software on Excel, Power Point, Words is a must.
- Good project management skill.
- Good analytical skill with knowledge on MiniTab software or equivalent.
- Problem solving skills using team approach using 8D methodology.
- Lead frame design using Auto-Cad/ Inventor for modeling.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, high initiative and achievement orientated. - Lowest Qualification :
