- The primary purpose of this position is to carry out masonry and carpentry works, defects rectification works, provides support to the stakeholder.
· To ensure quality, health, safety and environment requirements are complied with.
· Responsible for all general carpentry, joinery and ironmongery works and other duties assigned. Masonry works ie. plastering, bricklaying, concreting & tiling.
· Painting works.
· Rectification of masonry works.
· Assisting in plumbing works.
· Preliminary defects inspections
· Periodic general inspection of completed buildings.
· Assisting the Safety Officer in carrying out of Safety, Health, Environmental duties and any other duties that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
· Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management - Requirements :
- · SPM/Certificates in multi skills, carpentry or any equivalent discipline.
· Minimum six (6) years experience in carpentry works. - Lowest Qualification :
- SPM / O Level
