Description :: - Attend clients meetingas and assist with determination of project requirements.
- Assist the project manager with the drafting and issuance of projects proposal,budjets, cash flows, and prelimanary scchedules.
- Preare pprojects orgaized charts.
- Chair site meetings and distrinbute minutes to all project teammembers.
- Tracks the progress and quality of work being prerformed.
- To monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and ependitures.
- Effectuvely and accurately communicate relevant project information to the clients and project teams.
- Ensure clients needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner.
- Keep projects manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations.
Requirements :: - Bachelor degree in civil engineering.
- Min 4-5 years of experience in handling big construction projects.
- Excellent communication skills , highly motivated an meticulous.
- Must be able to speak and write in Bahsa Malaysia and English.
- Knowledge of mandarin is an advantage.
