- 1. Ensure that the Quality and HSE Management Systems in accordance to the ISO TS16949:
2009 and ISO 14001 standards respectively are adhered to and implemented at all time.
2. Liaison with external certification body, auditor on all quality/manufacturing audits and reports
summary findings.
3. Responsible for monitoring performance of quality system, reporting and recommending to
management of continual improvement of such programs.
4. Responsible for conducting Supplier’s Audits & monitoring supplier’s development.
5. Responsible in preparing database and analysis.
6. Monitors and reports progress of Key Quality Performance figure, internal and incoming
reject reduction activities.
7. Interface with customers to diagnose and resolve any quality issues related to products. - Requirements :
- 1. Minimum degree in Mechanical Engineering preferably with major in Automotive.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in the related field.
3. Well versed in ISO/TS 16949: 2009 standard.
4. Familiar with analytical tools i.e. 7 QC tools, APQP, MSA & FMEA and preparation of PPAP
documents.
5. Good knowledge and handson experience in External & Internal Quality Management
System.
6. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
7. Good language skills, able to speak in Mandarin an added advantage.
