Description :: -Reviewing the production schedule planned by material and production planners.
- To review daily production report.
- Responsible for the dayto day operation of the department.
- To achieve productivity, quality, KPI and cost control objectives.
- Manpower planning, control of overhead expenses and maximize capacity utilization.
- To oversee and ensure daily production activities are meet target and quality as per customer requirements.
- To ensure that administrative reports and commitment are carried out and completed on time.
- To ensure training and guidance to Section/ Line Leaders are carried out as according to the
- Operation standard and ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
- To ensure that the set up operation and inspection processes are done according to specified procedures and instructions
- To analyse and troubleshoots daily process problem
- Initiate ideas for improving process efficiency.
- To monitor and ensure that the production is operation in accordance to operation standard and the the aspect of safety
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably those have experience in full electronic product assembly/box build.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Result oriented, proactive, highly motivated & inquisitive leader
- Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
