Description :: •Develop, enhance and maintain software program according to requirements and specifications.
•Work with other developers and managers to develop effort estimates and plan.
•Take ownership for the quality of developed software
•If required, to lead a small team of developers to work on development projects.
Requirements :: •Possess a Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
•More than 5 years of experience in software development – Perl or Python. Familiarity with Perl is a strong plus.
•Good understanding of web technologies (Javascript, CSS, HTML) and Web application architecture
•Experience of SQL preferably Oracle PL/SQL.
•Comfortable developing within a Unix/Linux shell
•Interest in high-volume data processing applications.
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
•At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Applicants must be willing to work in Cyberjaya.
•Preferably Senior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
