Description :: - To carry out all the devices failure analysis.
- To carry out the die matching evaluation, in order to achieve the high prime yield.
- To work with product development engineers on new product phase in production.
- To carry out and coordinate all the yield improvement evaluation.
- Handle and update test process flow.
- Advise production on test related matter.
- Approve any new and updated test program issued by Document Control.
- Buyoff and handle testing equipment functionality and TPM.
Coordinate any SMT and TPM program.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering
(Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
